Bridging the Gap Between the Site and the Contract.
My name is Anees Seedat, and I founded Cupola to solve a specific problem I saw over and over in the construction industry: Contractors taking the blame for issues that weren’t their fault, simply because the paperwork wasn’t done.

I realized that many contractors are excellent builders but struggle with the heavy administrative burden of the JBCC contract. Valid claims for time and money are lost every day, not because the claim wasn’t real, but because the notification was late or the paperwork was messy.

I created this service to fix that. I act as the “engine room” for your contracts, handling the drafting, compiling, and tracking so that you can focus on delivering the project.

I hold a BSc Honours in Quantity Surveying and have years of practical experience working in both contracting and consulting environments. My roles have included:

• Senior Construction Manager

This diverse background means I don’t just understand the contract; I understand the reality of the construction site. I know how hard it is to write a formal letter when you are managing a crisis on site. That is why I am here to do it for you.
